Registration
What is a Virtual Domain?
A Virtual Domain means having your own domain name (eg:
www.yourdomain.com) without having to install expensive server
hardware and software. Hence with a Virtual Domain, you can
utilize our server's storage space.
Who is the InterNIC or SGNIC?
The InterNIC (.com) or SGNIC (.com.sg) is an independent
organization responsible for holding the registration and
routing of Internet domain names. Without this system, it
would be virtually impossible to maintain any sense of
organization on the Internet.
Do you handle the domain registration process?
Yes! Only if you signed up a hosting package with us.

Can I transfer my existing domain name to your servers?
Yes! Please specify on the online
registration at that you are requesting for a transfer and
NOT a new registration.
How long does it take before my domain
name is active?
Once the NIC companies announces that your domain name has
been registered (or transferred, if applicable), it usually
takes about 72-hours before it is active. All Internet
providers must update their records (DNS tables) to reflect
the new site's location.
What happens if I fail to renew the license of a domain
name?
On the expiry date of the current registration period, a
Notice of Expiry will be emailed to your Administrative
Contact by the NIC companies. Following the expiry date, a
grace period of between 14 days to 28 days will be initiated.
At the end of this grace period your domain will be
relinquished by the NIC companies. Hence, at this point the
domain will become available to other parties to register.
How long does it take to set up a new account?
New accounts are generally set up within 12 hours from the
time we receive your order and payment. As all NIC companies
required to update their DNS table to reflect the new changes
therefore there will be a down time of about 8 hours, which is
beyond our control.
Do you provide third level domain services?
Yes! We can give you a third level domain name (eg:
anyname.yourdomain.com). These package is the same price as
those normal package. The advantages is that NIC registration
is not needed, hence no NIC license fees is required.
Can I register additional domains to point to a
subdirectory within my main domain?
No! This is something we do not presently offer.
Can I have additional domains pointing to the same main
page as my main domain?
Yes! A one-time setup fee of $100.00 for each additional
pointing service requested. We will mirror your new domain to
your current main web page at the root directory only. This is
also a great way to expand the marketing of your present
business.
